Welcome to Ji Wa Me. These Terms of Service govern your use of our family points management application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

1.1 Registration Methods

You can create an account using:

• Username and password
• Mobile phone number and SMS verification code

1.2 Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One phone number can only be bound to one account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

1.3 Account Security

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We may temporarily lock your account after multiple failed login attempts for security purposes
• You may not share your account credentials with any third party

2. User Conduct

2.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App is designed for family points management and related activities.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for malicious purposes
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users

3. Service Description

3.1 Service Scope

Ji Wa Me provides family points management services, including:

• Family member management
• Points item creation and tracking
• Points earning and redemption records
• Data synchronization across your devices

3.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3.3 No Guarantee

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Ji Wa Me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as children's names, nicknames, and avatars). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use any trademarks without prior written permission

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ji Wa Me and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the App
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Extended periods of inactivity

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at the defendant's location.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.

欢迎使用积娃么。本用户协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您与积娃么之间关于使用本应用服务的协议。访问或使用本应用，即表示您同意受本协议的约束。

3. 服务说明

3.2 服务变更

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本应用（或其任何部分）的权利，恕不另行通知。对于任何此类修改、暂停或终止，我们对您或任何第三方不承担任何责任。

3.3 无担保

本应用按"现状"和"可用"基础提供。我们不保证服务不会中断、及时、安全或无错误。

4. 知识产权

4.1 我们的权利

本应用的所有内容、功能和设计，包括但不限于文本、图形、标志、图标、图像、音频剪辑、数字下载、数据汇编和软件，均为积娃么的专有财产，受国际版权、商标和其他知识产权法律保护。

4.2 您的内容

您保留对提交给本应用的任何内容（如孩子的姓名、昵称和头像）的所有权。提交内容即表示您授予我们非独占、免版税的许可，允许我们仅为向您提供服务而使用、存储和展示该内容。

4.3 限制

您不得：

• 修改、反向工程或创建本应用的衍生作品
• 删除任何版权或专有权利声明
• 未经许可使用任何商标

5. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内：

• 本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何形式的担保
• 我们否认所有明示或暗示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和非侵权
• 我们不保证本应用将满足您的要求，或可在不中断、安全或无错误的基础上使用

6. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对以下情况不承担任何责任：

• 任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害
• 任何利润、收入、数据或商誉的损失
• 因您使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何损害

因本协议或本应用产生的任何索赔，我们对您的总赔偿责任不超过在导致责任的事件发生前六（6）个月内您向我们支付的金额（如有）。

7. 赔偿

您同意赔偿、辩护并使积娃么及其管理人员、董事、员工和代理人免受因以下原因引起的任何及所有索赔、责任、损害、损失、费用和开支（包括合理的律师费）：

• 您使用本应用
• 您违反本协议
• 您侵犯任何第三方的权利

8. 协议终止

8.1 由您终止

您可以随时通过在应用设置中删除账号来终止您的账号。终止后，您使用本应用的权利立即终止。

8.2 由我们终止

我们保留随时暂停或终止您的账号和对本应用的访问的权利，无论是否有原因，无论是否事先通知，包括但不限于：

• 违反本协议
• 我们认为对其他用户或本应用有害的行为
• 欺诈或非法活动
• 长期不活跃

8.3 终止的效力

终止后，本协议授予您的所有许可和权利将立即终止。我们可能会根据法律要求或为合法商业目的保留某些信息。

9. 适用法律和争议解决

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按其解释。

因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向被告所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

10. 协议变更

我们可能会不时更新本协议。如有任何变更，我们将在本页面发布新的协议并更新"最后更新日期"来通知您。

您在变更后继续使用本应用即构成接受新协议。如果您不同意变更，必须停止使用本应用。
